This is the third year that the Ilderton & District Lions Club has been erecting banners to honour our veterans.
In late October they can be seen erecting banners along the Ilderton Road in Ilderton.
With the assistance of Lion Glenn Phillips and his tractor, Lions Murray McDonald and Clint Smith are elevated to heights they haven’t seen before to install the banners on previously installed attachment hardware. Lion Ed Robb is more grounded and responsible for traffic control and safety.
Take the time to walk down Ilderton Road, in the village, and learn more about our veterans.
